Masurian risotto by Bruno

No rice growing in Masuria but we have a lot of very good mushrooms in forests all the Poland love. They are called “kurki” in Polish, which means literally: little hens. English name for them is chanterell. Tasting very good when served e.g. with rice. Our Bruno’s idea for family dinner today. Masurian risotto with chanterelle. He returned form Masuria with a bag full of tasety stuff a day ago. So, now we eat Masurian and we love it much!
